The killmarks look pretty cool but you should send it to Modhub so they can test them out and post them in their website if they will to. -

Killmarks only modify a part of the game that has very little to no influence on how you play. The only advantage you can have is keeping your line of sight after a kill. But then again, there's almost never an enemy behind your kill mark.
Modifying gun sounds or ghost breath on the other hand would give you an unfair advantage.
As a rule of thumb, if it's in the .rez files, you're not allowed to touch it.
