Twitch/Streaming

I've been using twitch the last couple of months to stream a few games, mainly on xbox but my laptop is definitely capable of streaming games too and i'm thinking of streaming cf every now & then.. is there anyone who has done so before that could let me know ideal settings as far as resolution go to avoid me having a square-ish video instead of a clean fit to screen one

thanks!

If your using obs, click on the screen and find the option that says fit to screen or fit to proportion. Or something like that. Also I suggest recording the monitor rather than window. Window seems to mess up for me.

Unless you're running Windows 8 monitor is the absolute worst capture method. Game capture is the fastest and window is the next best.
