Roster Locks: Rosters will remain unlocked for Weeks 1 and 2 of the regular season. On the final day of Week 2, Sunday at 11:59PM EST, rosters will permanently lock for the remainder of the season and playoffs. Once rosters are locked, they will not be unlocked for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure your rosters are in order before they lock at the end of Week 2.

You should be able to add players according to this.
