If they don't have bandicam on any part of the match INCLUDING KNIFE ROUND, then they're DQ'd, no exceptions. I really don't know why you're questioning me on things.

Flashy's dispute on the backpacks is VALID, and it will cost agnBREAKOUT if Flashy's bandicams check out.
Ha, As soon as you told me we had the win and I told u to update the brackets, I deleted my bandi and went off because you as an ADMIN of the tourney said that we have the win and tbh- we really didnt push ourself because we knew that we gonna win also I have several ingame SS when I was ace 1st half and also I have replay of both halves if that helps. Make ur decision wisely. And Virtue, Devon had the backpack in knife round too so technically you guyz loose that round too. And again if u want my SS and replays LMK I'll upload them. -

I NEVER told you you had the win FOR SURE. I told you to upload the SS and report your match, and I would handle the dispute.

Why would you not save your bandicam until that 1 hour was up? All this non-sense is dumb. If you have any concerns xfire me @cfasmatic1, or forum message me. Anymore posts towards the match will be ignored and not looked at and might result in a further disqualification later in the whole tournament.
What to learn off this
>Do not delete your bandicam until the hour after your match has passed
>Do not try to loophole through rules and say I said things that I did not
>Do not wear backpacks in game, make sure you take off all character items

agnBREAKOUT the next time I tell you not to start **** in game and 30 minutes later you go on the forums calling people idiots, you will lose points off your score. Don't do it again. -
Other Information:
- Judgement by an admin on any circumstance may occur, including on deciding disputes, and changing rules.
- If both teams agree to use a gun that is not on a the gun set, then you guy's are ok to use it.
- Having any VIP gun equipped in your bag is not permitted
- Using hacks to your advantage is prohibited and will result in disqualification in the whole tournament.
- Smurfing is not allowed
- Have good sportsmanship at all times. Period.
- Finding loopholes in the rules WILL and CAN result in a disqualification for your team on an admins decision
- If you break any rules that were listed above, there will be consequences that will be determinded by an admin
Do you HONESTLY think they deserve the win Ha? Because of a backpack? Let's be honest here for a second. If they were disputing a backpack, we could've just uploaded Devon's bandicam. It wouldn't of changed the fact that we won because BACKPACKS DON'T DO ANYTHING. If you looked at their first uploaded bandicam, you can clearly see that they purposely used devon's backpack as an excuse and a backup in case they lost. They already knew before first half ended and they NEVER informed us about it until the end of the match. This also breaks your sportsmanship rule btw... Anyways I've said what I needed to say. Ha I'm pretty sure you, as a competitive player, know that a backpack doesn't "affect" a game. And I'm also pretty sure you can see that they are clearly trying to find loop holes to win a game that they do not deserve. I'm going to stop posting about this now as I know that I am spamming your dispute thread (Our team apologizes for that), however we do hope that you make the obvious and correct decision. -

The dispute is valid because it's against the rules. It's against the rules in ESG, WCG, CFStars, and other major tournaments. It's not honestly non-sense, other teams have been punished for it, why would should I not enforce it in this tournament? It is a character item. Technically it IS distraction, and could cause someone to die.

After watching Kevin's videos, he fails to meet 2 requirements. In game sound and voice communication
Anti Cheat:
Screen capture must be started before the game goes live (in the lobby).
Screen capture will consist of using a capture program
(fraps/growler/bandicam/camstudio/etc.) at 15 fps minimum.
Quality must be of acceptable level so that details can be made out.
SOUND MUST BE recorded, capturing in game sound, and Voip communication
The whole screen must be recorded, not just around the crosshair -
