If it expired in the last 2 months then you should be careful about secondary symptoms and see your docter asap When I was a lil boy I drunk lye and it was everything ok with me so it won't be anything to bad unless you have a week stomach xD

expired? as in date or as in actual spoiled milk, if it has passed the expiration date but still smells and taste good, nothing will happen, but if it smells/taste bad, you will probably get sick

Lye is a poisonous substance which usually will kill. Expired milk on the other hand, upset stomach etc. etc. accompanied with violently spitting out the milk.

Ive drank the most expired milk ever probably and I was fine. (It tasted as salty as peanut shells). I was just eating peanuts before so I thought mabye the salt was caught in my mouth until I realized the milk was extremely salty...
