fps issue

Hey all,

i've been facing a problem with my fps since the last patch my fps was in that range

150-220 depends on map and how many players on the map in eagle eye i got like 130-160

bw from 150-180 and never experienced a fps lag before but since that patch everything drop

i spawn on ee with 69 fps and max i get is 110 fps and same on bw , in gm maps i getmax 90 fps

some zombie mode maps i get 40fps 50 fps sometimes please any help regarding this ?!

note that i've bought new ssd for os and installed fresh os updated my gpu

tried game on win and winxp same issue , lower game resolution still same , run game booster still same ,

replaced heathsink with newer one , my cpu usage while playing cf is 50% and my gpu is ATI HD6790 and 4gb of ram
