I have bought around 90 zp crates!!! I have not gotten one perm yet!!!
I also bought about 200 gp crates to! still no perms!!! mygod..

It took me 2.2k+ crates to get D.E-C and 3 years.
First crate weapon I ever won, and I won it like a month ago.

You don't see me making threads and complaining. And I've tried to get crate weapons. A ****load.

They aren't broken, you just have bad luck. You aren't the only one who's spent 90+ on crates and haven't gotten a perm.
