Lol, the rule doesn't say IF YOU HAVE VIP TAG IN GAME YOU LOSE
It is in place to make sure people don't use VIP guns to gain an Unfair advantage (which Charles did not) Sorry if you don't like that. But it is fair. -

All VIP weapons are banned from being used OR equipped in a bag slot. Any team with a player who paticipates with the VIP weapon equipped will forfeit the match. Players can report offenders by taking a screenshot of the in*game scoreboard (with the VIP icon being displayed) and including it in a match report.

Let me see here. You fail to follow your own rules in order to get a win for your team, then you try to blame the opposing team for not following the rules, which in fact they did. As you would say: Rules are Rules. Follow them, or don't run a tournament ever again. It's pretty simply to be honest. -
