xx-05-09: UK server announced! Will be online as soon as possible.
05-09-09: Server still isn't here, yet a west coast server has been added (which was a complete phail).
If you want an Aussie server, I'm guessing somewhere around July 2010 should be a good date to have some hope of it ever coming.

Global Servers
-The West Coast US server located in LA is now open!
i) EU, Southern US. More coming as needed later on.
ii) Asia: We will not be placing servers where there are established native versions of Cross Fire
iii) South America: No plans for a server.
iv) Oceanic: No plans for a server.
v) Philippines: No plans for a server.
vi) Everywhere else not mentioned because the list would get ridiculously long: No plans for a server.

-Opening Global servers are currently taking priority.
