What happens to the server ? I really do not understand anything....
see increasingly more players complain ,many leave this game,is a big server, you need more people to handle it you cant do it alone Saidin , so my suggestion is :

How can you do to be a great server :

- solve the problem with lag on the server/website

- begin to reduce the hackers (is to many and cant play anymore)

- take care about Support ticket and more attention (most important)

- trying to hire 1-2 guys who can handle the server always

- get involved more on the players and not on events (the most important)

- unlocks the Europe (important) (like 60-70% of players now is from Europe,if you unlock the Europe region will be come more and more that mean more buyers of zp (more than 50% of what you have now , i guaranteed 100%)

- new system ban hackers (everyone know that you block the Europe region because is to many hackers , ok ..then the new system ban , banned on IP/Mac Adress . (cant make a new account after get banned) .

- make more competitions CrossFire Online (and for UK not only for Charlie server )

- New Ribbon ( Old Veteran (you play crossfire more then 5 years ) for all who have accounts from 2009

- Update the Ribbon site : http://crossfire.z8games.com/guide_ribbons.aspx , put all the ribbon .

The european region wasnt blocked because of hacking
In the same logic they would block egypt too
Gamerage bought the licence for europe so new european players can only access CFEU

Its more simple.
Cross fire owners split in 2 teams 2 diferent companys each has their own territory and clients.
Same thing happened to Lineage.'
