Xfrie problems

I have x fire and it should work on crossfire because x fire show that it supports this game but every time i start up crossfire x fire in game is not there ive seen videos of in game crossfire recorded by players in game so why isn't it working for me

It does not work anymore, after the xtrap patch.
And the videos are before xtrap.
