Just turned 18, been lifting seriously and naturally for about 8-9 months. 5"9, 145 pounds (but everybody tells me I look heavier), 8% BF.
That peak though.
I was 5'10 160, now im 6'1 148. Im 14 and i just started working out. Im about 15-17% body fat. I used to be 22%, so i guess you can say that i've done something correct hahah -

I used to weigh 190 pounds. Lost that over a year. just take it one step at a time. -

Yea. When im told to eat over 2000 calories to get big, i hesitate because i feel that it will all turn to fat and not muscle. Im trying to hit about 12% body fat but i dont want to loose weight. Is there anything that i should follow as a diet for what I want to do? -
