Thoughts on Deathadder 2013
Was thinking of buying a Death adder after using a R.A.T 7 for a year and a half, heard nothing but good things about it. I regret buying the RAT, it randomly flicks at times and the lift off issues with it are pretty awful, also can't change the polling rate without modding the USB port which makes it awful for Crossfire when being forced to play at 1000 HZ, the mouse jitters all over the place. Honestly the main reason I got it was because it looks like a cyborg. How can you see this and not buy it?
Anyway, I'm between the Death adder and the G9X now, I'm more used to optical so leaning towards death adder, has anyone had bad experiences with it?

i bought the R.A.T it was the worst mouse i have ever had the misfortune to buy. yes it looks great ,that is what caught me too.features look promising as well.BUT it moves on its own even if you not touching it.It is the most unaccurate piece of kit. Stay Away!!!!!!!!!! I now use logitech G500 . seems great to me .

I will be getting a DeathAdder 2013 as well. I have heard that because of the DPIs and not only for that it seems that you it your enemies head more often. Also pretty much everyone says that the claw grip is amazing. So I'd chose the DeathAdder 2013 ( that is the one that I will be getting soon as well )

Yeah man I learnt that the hard way after paying over $120 for it, it's okay for MOBAs and games that requires lots of macros but the sensor is terrible and it's horrible for FPS'sYouMadMate wrote: »I will be getting a DeathAdder 2013 as well. I have 6400 DPI on my RAT atm and I hardly ever use anything above 2000. It's just a marketing campaign that that higher DPI the better. Most FPS professionals that play CS:GO for example use around 800 DPI or less. I heard it's pretty good as well, professionals use either that or a Steelseries Sensei which is sadly not available where I live right now. -
I have a deathadder 2013 and I have found nothing wrong with it, it's the right shape and size for my hand so it's good for me.
From what I've heard the one to buy right now is the intellimouse 3.0, it looks pretty plain, but it's supposed to be pretty good. -

Sadly I don't have many options, only the Deathadder, G9X and the G500 are the available gaming mice where I am. I would buy one online but I'll have to pay x5 the price of the mouse for shipping -
hahahahhaha wtf is dis? How ugly can a mouse be .
looks like the right hand from darth vader
I don't know about you but everyone that sees it says it's extremely cool and futuristic looking. To each his own I guess.
It's sensor is kind of bad though. other than that it's really sturdy and extremely customize-able
