What time zone will these be in?
It's probably a server time. Open a CF launcher and then you can see what is the server time. I am from Croatia (UTC+1) so this event starts for me and for the most of european countries at 17:00 (I just added 6 hours to the server time). -

I personaly think Saidn time is spent and we need fresh leg's and someone that read's customer's complaints rather than sweeping it under the carpet
