Holiday Prize Cleanup
Attention Soldiers!
We've got a few community service announcements to make here regarding some holiday events.
First off, thanks everyone for playing CrossFire and we hope your holidays and New Years celebrations were fun filled and relaxing!
We're back at it here in CrossFire land, getting set for a great 2014 year with a lot of new things coming your way. But before we get to them, let's clean up a few issues from Holiday Events.
1) Holiday Wheel Jackpot ZP. Will be handed out today. Thanks for being patient. For future wheel events we are working on getting the ZP delivered the moment it's won in the jackpot.
2) Items from the Drop the Ball event. There are a lot of players who contributed to our huge drop the ball counter. As such we are still computing the list and will have the items delivered on Monday January 6th.
3) Christmas Ribbons. The December 25th ribbon was handed out to all qualifying players. If you didn't qualify please note your time zone, as the #1 problem we see are players who didn't log in during the day in the EASTERN Time Zone.
The other Christmas ribbon not counting the new M4A1 Snowman will be fixed asap.
4) We will be changing the Dog Tag reward in January. Some players have reported missing dog tags, please be sure to send a support ticket if you lost your dog tags after the December 11th update so we can troubleshoot the problem and make sure this error never happens again! Look for a way to earn extra dog tags in events coming soon.
5) The 400% EXP Event on January 1st had some issues. But don't fear, we have another way to earn 400% EXP and GP coming this weekend so be sure to check out the details coming later today!
Thanks again everyone for their patience over the holidays. We tried to set up a number of exciting events in game while we spent time with our own families and friends. We apologize that some of them didn't work as smoothly as we would have liked, but new events in the future will run a lot better! We promise.

Ive heard your promise before , several time's you failed to deliver ontime , -
i sent a support ticket on the 12th about losing all of my Dog tags after the patch that had for about a year this is what they said.

Thank you for contacting us, we understand you're having an issue with your dog tags. We are aware that some players have lost their dog tags recently with the new patch, we have contacted the developers and they will be running a query for the lost dog tags and we will return them. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Finally a official statement from Z8Games! I have a Wish; Please communicate more with us costumers and explain more your events like the Spin the Weel Jackpot and other Events who coming soon, this bad comunication like in the past makes us costumers nervous and angry!
