So yeh, in Colorado (US) is the sale of Marijuana (weed/cannabis) legal now.
Hope that other states/country's will follow this.
Let's hope for a world Marijuana legalisation before 2015.

I think that it's much better now, they will see more happy people there now )

Well.. Some drugs are much better then alcohol in my perspective.

Everytime im out drinking I see people fight and even im going in to fights every single time im getting drunk.

Getting high, im just nice to people and happy and never been in a fight high either.

peoples' ability to operate machinery such as a vehicle is impaired just like alcohol, it can kill just as much, also you cannot detect if someone is on the substance because it stays in your system which leads to more questioning about whether or not it should be legal because it is just as dangerous as drinking and driving

i'll just add, even though i shouldn't, that marijuana use is very detectable and doesn't stay in your system "forever".
a blood sample is good for detecting use within 48 hours, urine for much longer.
blood would be the appropriate sample for driving under the influence tests, but a law enforcement attitude adjustment would be necessary where they look for whether or not the person is an actual danger in traffic through his actions rather than lab results.
