Well only naive people are giving login id and pass to scammers.
There is already on forums that no one from staff will ask for info. Like i say. Send support ticket with SS. I know it will cause alot of damage to the those who did gaved info to them. But he will be stopped and perm banned.

GMs don't use Facebook and they don't interact with players unless they're on their official GM accounts and hosting official in-game events. Even when they're on their alternative accounts "patrolling" the servers, most people will not recognize them.

This is the real [GM]Saidin. We understand that there are people who claim that they are GM Saidin, or even someone else. And that scam has been continuing in attempts on social media sites such as widely-used Facebook.

In the end, not you or me can do anything about it. The most realistic answer is to report these players to support, with accurate screenshots as proof and have the guys deal with them. The ultimate message comes down to people needing to understand that it's a scam though, right? I mean we've taken time to warn players all throughout these years and it all comes down to the decisions they make and frankly, people still lose their accounts to scammers because they failed to understand what is right and the logic behind these warnings we handed out.

Edit: With that said, I'm actually going to go ahead and close this up, simply because there really isn't anything to discuss about. It's pretty straight forward and I've basically mentioned everything you needed to know (this goes for everyone else too) and hopefully people can get a clear understanding of my points. If people have further concerning questions of comments, please do not hesitate to privately message me on the forums. I'll gladly respond to them to the best of my ability. :)

    Thanks, closed.
