How does somebody become a Mod

Do Gm's just pick you.
Or is there somewhere you can apply?

You have to wait until applications are open. There are none currently. And Yes the GM's decides who becomes MOD's.

Its unknown, till some MOD left.

No one really knows you gonna have to wait until the GM's post up a thread about accepting MOD applications. Which again probably won't happen until sometimes.
