Valid suggestion to battle vote kick problems

Ok so all the legit players are tired of getting kicked by stupid turks or egys. There is not really anything that true NA players can do, because these species breed too fast, and thus there is just too many. Therefore I have a solution that will battle this situation.

We know that AK Fury has the ability to save or not save kdr. What I propose is that when someone has the following conditions:

-honorable soldier ribbon
-grizzled veteran ribbon
-3 or more VIP weapons including AK Fury

Then whenever he gets kicked, AK Fury will provide the option to keep the exp and gp that he would have gotten along with the kdr.

This is designed just for legit players who actually invest in the game, and I think Z8 should value its costumers over those who simply ruin the game with allah crap. This option is very fair as only those who are truly committed to the game will have this option, and at the same time it won't interfere with normal legit vote kick, like for using RPK in GM.
