You must be patient, it takes some time and you get your crates to your Account, thats normal @Z8Games, they are only humans like you and me, not robots!

I dont see lots of people using the xmas weapon as much as last year.. It's xmas and you guys should use your xmas weapon if you have one ( pardon me cause I dont use mine too )
