you are behind an enemy being stealthy with your gun and bam you use your gun for a 1 hit kill. i think that having a melee option like halo would be awsome so that you dont have to switch to your knife but that is just a thought.

Won't happen. Or is very unlikely to happen. Thats why they made the knife. It isnt very hard to switch to the knife anyway.
