type that in youre config.cfg thats in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg with notepad and save it or type it in youre console but without the quotes like that cl_crosshairalpha 255 you can also chang how big the weapon models are
