Razer gaming mouses

Greetings crossfire players, moderators and gms I am here today to ask you something that would really help mainy people, I am talking about this :

* Razer - Mouse drivers (mouse buttons mapped to keys will not function, scrollwheel ceases to function). Note: Razer copperhead is working as it should with correct keymapping

Found it in technical support, does thios mean that extra buttons of razer mouses do not work with crossfire??

I have bought one (razer orochi) getting it tomorow so if I can't use my extra buttons it sucks a bit.

So please make razer mouses drivers compatible it works on every fps why not this one? And paying 80euros for a gamming mouse if it doesnt even work proprely it sucks!!

map the buttons to a letter of your choice, ingame for example it will then be L= Crouch

i have razer lachesis you can just use razers program and set them up as any keys you like.
i also use belkin gaming pad n52te works great with CF

I will have luxorious accesories but I play on **** computer (eeepc 900 black edition) search on web you will laugh xD

just turn the dpi down with cf or you will 360 all the time then get called an aimboter lol.

mine is 4000 dpi i set it around 1500 to 2000 then just turn up or down in game :cool:.

may take you some time to find whats best for you have fun

i already do 180 with shovel with a crapy mouse^^.

I want to do more than 360° ^^.

lol my keybroad is under as i dont have time to type when i play i just use vent to speak

as you can see its worn on the left side to much playing :eek:

Orochi does 4000dpi aswell think gonna take me litlle while to get use to it^^.

Same for the goliathus i play with a 15euros mouse and play on my wood desk.

I don't understand why you would spend 80 bucks on a mouse. and another 40 on a mousepad. You could buy a lot of beer for that money lol.

Conclusion: Razer does not change anything in the way crossfire runs??

20bucks mouse pad in fact. And yeah lots of beer but it is not my addiction xD.

Each human has different addiction and looses money in it me it is gamming^^.

Those technical support notes were for gameguard, xtrap does not have these issues. I use mouse buttons 6/7 for song next/previous all the time in game.

its a taste thing. i luv my g9. its better for my hands than the razors.

And even if it was Razer has a long history. Like their stocks destroyed cause of innondation, The Razer sociti closing and reopening, ...

That is why I prefer razer They do excellent products, their logo sucks and they dont give craapy names to their products all the names are snakes.

They are not sayin they dont like razer they sayin the g9 is smaller i guess for they hand which i guess its a girl with it being in the name

Eum so i have it works fine but when I put an action on the side buttons it writtes button 3,4,5,6 but when i save it changes to right and left clik-__-.

Please learn me how it could work fine

another option is to install/update the drivers/firmware then uninstall them once you get it set up how you like it. this will allow you to use what you want. The problem lies in the fact that gameguard/xtrap thinks the razer drivers are a macro program
