free zp not working ?!?!?

im not sure if this is the right place to post this but i did some of the free zp surverys and ive only got 216zp of of it i was wondering can i get my zp?

also it does say there are certain actual requirements needed to be done to receive the zp some sites may need to register and register and actual credit card to the site and then there is a deylay as well while this is processed
