Looking to sub for a good team.

Hey guys, since I will be working with OCG to run events in 2014, I am looking for a good team where I can scrim sometimes and sub for competitions. I wont be able to s5 for OCG events, but can start for any other events if needed.
What I am looking for:
A mature group of guys that like to win, but also have fun
A team that performs fairly well in matches
A team that scrims often
A team thats not going to split up after losing a tournament match
