I'm in favor of any advanced version of the MP5.
Unfortunately, I think the layout you suggested here is a bit too powerful to be GP. A scope, a silencer and enhanced ammunition as well as improved stats are more than you can ask for if this is meant to be GP.
If one takes a look at other versions, however, there actually is an advanced MP5 version for the GP Black Market, so one might hope that we get a MP5 for the GP BM sooner or later.
