Mumble Issue: Help

Recently I defragged my p.c. and all the servers I had were deleted. Now I can't connect to any server because of, "SLL Certificate Verification has failed". Help 10k zp to anyone who solves it.

OT: I went into %appdata%/mumble and changed a dll file to .old file. But I have to reinstall mumble everytime I get off mumble because it thinks a dll file is missing... Only a temporary fix. need help.

Usually works to just change you nickname in the server.

I would recommend re-entering the info again (making a new name for it and what not). This is what has worked for me in the past when I get that error. I would also suggest a name you've never used on the server.

Obviously you might have tried this, please don't call me stupid for suggesting it.

Yeah my brother had the same problem.

What you want to do is search "%APPDATA%\Mumble" in your search bar on your computer. Then open the folder and locate the file "mumble.sqlite". Once you've done that, move that file out of the mumble folder you found. Then try joining a server!

From what happened to my brother only public mumble servers would work, favorited servers wouldn't and they would give him a default name like "55.35.7".

This sounds like what happened to my brother and that process I listed 100% worked. Try it
