I'm just chilling, playing Crossfire, carrying, then suddenly my game stops and minimizes to a small screen and this lil white thing pops up like "ERROR: do you want to send report?" and I'm like hold up, what's this? I say no, expecting to be transported to the lobby and the game closes. Happened a few times with me and some friends on raid and vent said the same.
