Hello Mr. Saidin.
There is a problem with depositing ZP.
I bought a 50 dollar gocash card and went to the deposit page and the bonus is still listed as 58,800 ZP. I entered the pin number in to deposit the 58,800 ZP. I get a message that says I have deposited 117,600 ZP into my account.
Now when I look at my account I'm missing the 58,800 100% ZP....
I looked at the deposit page and now it's not showing the 100% bonus.
Gocash site is still offering it and saying it is good until December 31. http://www.gocashgamecard.com/Content/Events/Event.aspx?eventNo=160&type=1
Did Z8 do a switch and bait on me or what? I filled a support ticket out. There is really no support for that issue so I don't know if it's done correctly.
Can you or someone there at Z8 look into this and correct it.
