To everyone concerned about who is getting banned
We banned the members of the Carbon roster who cheated during an event ESG was contracted to provide a fair playing field for through the use of the ESG Anti-Cheat system. The reason we had to take action was because they bribed a now ex-ESG admin into ghosting for them.
I see a lot of posts calling for Hammertime and Socks to get banned for cheating during WCG 2011 qualifiers. ESG did not run those qualifiers nor do we have anything to do with them. They won't be banned in ESG for an event that occurred two years ago and not even in our league. The circumstances are different in the Carbon case. If the community wants them banned, they can go to G4Box for answers.

THIS CRUCIAL because these are the same players always winning the prizes and getting the opportunities to travel and win money but they all cheated!!
Who is to say they haven't been cheating in recent events! They should all be banned competitive play for a time span of about 1 year and give some other teams opportunities to experience more of what cf has to offer! -
excuse me, But i thought this was 2013...... SO What they cheated in 2011 or even 2009 Who Cares... the fact we looked up to them as gods of CF back then, and now has changed do to recent events... certainly it has, this is normal. But lets face it, were is the proof for any of those years. HMM only Hear say and maybe a do good er saying I DID IT I ADMIT IT. Big Deal it was 2011, OCG and ESG, my understand has anti cheat system that does work, and they are banning illegal activities. so forget who got what in the past years let ESG do their work and not judge any one for any thing cause the Truth is we don't know who did what and it is the PAST

ghosting and the other guy saying they are the only winners, all im saying is esg is running it and they are fixing a problem that occurred and forget the past, cause that is what it is the past, look to the future and let the esg do their job by the way seems they are -

yah they cheated but socks have players that went well against the chinese. what you're saying is unreasonable and the things about "let other teams have the opportunities" thing, you simply work for it. Not leave and make a new team. Don't milk this incident by saying "LETS BAN THE PLAYERS SO WE CAN HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO COMPETE" because that's what I'm getting from you -

Carbon and Socks took it to OT with Socks winning by 1 round on LAN.
