BUHUHHHHH BUHHHH BUHHHHH BUHHHHHHH shut up, had to cheat to get somewhere in this game. Disgrace noob.
I cheated to get somewhere? We played the 4th qualifier legit and nationals legit.. Got to South Korea without using cheats. Any proof that we cheated in the qualifier we won or in nationals?

funny guy. Slaya is probably the only one in this thread that is better than me.

That's doubtful, 1v1 Laboratory no axes

You admitted you cheated in one of the qualifiers. What more proof is needed. There is no real evidence against carbon except Davids word. When you admit it an laugh about it, don't think proof is needed unless you want t hand over a recording of yourself cheating in it.

No proof, but knowing the team you had. Everybody there is shady as hell regardless. Wouldn't be surprised. Although I can't say you cheated because of no proof. Knowing your background, this is what's in your blood. You will cheat the moment you get the chance to.

You said there was not anti-cheat. Don't joke yourself, you know what went down.
  • You brought up their placement acting like that mattered so I brought up Carbons. Doesn't matter how long ago it was. They cheated for wcg and so did carbon, what's the difference? Was it ok for them to do it and not for Carbon?
How can you say it doesn't matter how long ago it was? Of course it matters, what happened 2 years ago holds no weight as practically every single team during WCG 2011 qualifiers had cheaters and they could get away with it because like I said, there was no external anti cheat. Is it morally sound to cheat to win? No. Are you going to cheat to win if the opportunity presents itself? Yes. It was just as bad for Carbon to cheat to win, the massive difference is that they got caught. If they were even remotely smart about it they wouldn't talk about something like that in a public channel.

Carbon got caught, Hammertime had cheated in the 3rd qualifier which they lost and did not cheat in the 4th qualifier and nationals in which they won. Just so you don't get confused, I am not stating that cheating is ok if you lose and not ok if you win, I'm simply stating they did just fine without having a cheater as proven in the '11 grand finals.

Yes, in ONE of the qualifiers...which we lost to vs instinct because Leapy was out-cheating brando and I... After that we all played legit.

Carbon proved themselves without cheating at cf stars.

Actually, that is what you are stating lmao. Read what you're saying. You just said it doesn't matter because it was 2 years ago and there was no anticheat. So you basically said it was ok. lol??

A better team could have gone.

I didn't say or imply it was ok, I implied that the option was there and there was nothing anyone could do about it.
  • Im literally stating exactly what slaya stated but for carbon's end of the argument. Get off the thread, you serve as an annoyance and you always will

Yea I do know what went down. We won all of our matches without cheating... And I also know what is going down right now.. You are being a hypocrite by calling someone else braindead.

awk! so youre saying you cheated in a WCG Qualifier? Oh, wait, isn't that exactly what Carbon did?

So you cheated 3rd qualies because no anti-cheat. What would you have done if you would've won. Nothing, you would've went your way.

uhhh yes? Am I on here bashing Carbon and saying that I shouldn't get banned but they should?

Damage control, what can you do about something that happened 2 years ago and holds no weight now? Nothing. What can you do about something that happened 5 months ago? Prevent it from happening again, what is so hard to understand about that?
  • HEADsucks wrote: »

You are correct. I am a horrible human being.

Alright, let's go with what you're saying and solve the problems: They got rid of David, that solved the issue from 5months ago. They got an AC, that solved the issue from 2 years ago.

So, with that logic, Carbon should be unbanned just like the players from all those teams. OR, if Carbon stays banned, they should be banned also.

So z8games sent HT to china, team that cheated in the WCG qualies. They received a paid trip. They wasted money on a team that cheated. Still holds weight, Saidin talked about how he worked tremendously on the international events. It still holds weight man, without a doubt.

The admins of ESG made a decision at their discretion, how is it just for them to give the exact same punishment for an event they had no control over? I mean Carbon is only currently barred from participating in CF Stars.

ESG didn't make this decision. Saiden did. ESG was going to let Carbon replay their match against winner of Carpe Diem vs Kanata.

According to one of the ESG administrators, that is completely false. You are right in that Saidin did make the final call but if you think that ESG would have just let Carbon play out you are sorely mistaken.

Lol? Iceman told Brando, albeit before David made his forum post, that Carbon would just have to replay that match and Carpe Diem would replay theirs. Then David made his "apology post" and all hell broke loose.
