If WEM 2010 was cheated as well as...
WCG 2011
WCG 2012
and This year we found out 2013 was cheated.
I hope this turn of events makes the admin put on their thinking caps and just do a LAN for these events.....
Even if you have to charge like 50 per team( 10 a player) to help cover the costs...

Neither team was cheating in terms of using hacks.If WEM 2010 was cheated as well as...
LifeLine used a ringer throughout wogl-p playoffs, but at the same time they also took said ringer to china with them. Not really anything to look over since WOGL's roster locks were ridiculous to begin with.
LPK was brutish in scheduling vs Consensus (they were a turkish team), but i also wasn't sure of their legitimacy. We also did the map change in the finals, but that was within the rules.
Really everything started the summer of 2011.
So rest at ease my friend. -
Jaime admitted on mumble to having either leapy or james (or both) cheat for them. But so did hammertime in WCG 2011 so yeah.

Don't make things up. Hammertime 2011 was legit, all of us submitted recordings to an admin for all our big games. -
Until I could be sure that a minimum of 20 teams would show up, I wouldn't host a LAN for this game. I dont think z8 has plans to do a LAN anytime soon, even though this years CFS qualifiers were supposed to be "better" Which in some aspects they were and some they weren't. The improvement being ACs instead of bandicams, however a LAN will always be the best was to determine big prized events.
Until this games community improves in many aspects, I dont think a LAN is in the cards. We don't even have 10 consistent teams. Everyone is too busy cutting people and replacing people to build "dream teams". We would be better off if the 100 ish competitive players we have found 5 players around their skill level, and just worked together to build a strong team instead of roster changing every week. So many 2 week teams in the competitive scene its ridiculous. I have seen some competitive players on over 10 teams in less than 2 months, that is a waste of time, I mean seriously show some dedication. Until this community can learn to build committed teams who actually work through their mistakes, this competitive scene wont go very far. -

If you could do so much by playing legit, I dont understand why it would cross a teams mind to cheat in the first place. -

I only played during the 4TH qualifier, qualifier 1/2/3 were different rosters. Only person who cheated was Brando, during the 3rd qualifier with no recoil, the works...and they still lost. This is vouched by his 4 teammates at the time. -
Qualifier 1 and 2 were played under LifeLine USA which was brando mick hunter garrett and hob, they ended up playing under deviate with tyler instead of mick but I could have sworn you played qualifier 3 as well because hob quit due to him dedicating his time to league.hammer_mav wrote: »I only played during the 4TH qualifier, qualifier 1/2/3 were different rosters. Because there was no anti-cheat and we knew other teams did in the first couple qualifiers. Was not going to throw away a chance to go to South Korea.If you could do so much by playing legit, I dont understand why it would cross a teams mind to cheat in the first place.
