Clear chat command

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but it's a pretty old bug.
The command, "/g" or "/d" (I forgot ) is used as "Clear chat" to clear out the chat.
The bug was noticed when Crossfire implemented the new chat filter. (regular, clan, team)

The /g or /d command will actually work when you spam it, until "Block chat for 10/..." appears.

Ummm which part of it is the bug? Can you elaborate with a screenshot and some circles or arrows pointing it out?
