CFS Qualifier: match format/maps

Originally we we're doing a bo3(best of 3) format for each round of group play,
We will now be doing a bo1(best of 1) with the following maps in order.

Round 1: Blackwidow
Round 2: Ankara
Round 3: Port

A bo3 format will mess with the rounds for/against that help deicde the outcome of group play.

Please also be aware we are using the wcg match format. ( 9 rounds played per half)

If your going to take the bo3 away, just make it an actual match instead of this 9 rounds played per half crap... No one wants to play a 12 minute match.
