Incorporating reward in a survey is an awful way of bringing people to complete it. There will be lots of people who will just write nonsensical stuff just to claim their reward. Please don't do this in the future.

Carefully review on every people's opinion and address the main important thing that will improve the game.

Thanks everyone for filling out the survey so far!

Tell people in game, tell your friends, tell anyone you know who's played CrossFire!

We'll be doing more of these in the future with more specific topics to guage user feedback.

So far the feedback has been great and we've got a lot here to go through and look at for improving.


The survey will be active all the way through next week and then we'll start to hand out all the VSK's to the people who left their in game names.

Well, I ranted about the reg on my survey. But seriously, it's crazy that "fix the reg" isn't even an option on the question asking what we would most like to see improved. Content patches can generate short term revenues, but if you want to remain competitive in the long run, you gotta fix the fundamentals of the game (i.e. reg). Better reg would not only stem the attrition of old players, but also bring in many new ones. You're trying to compete with all the other F2P FPS games you listed in the survey, then you gotta fix the reg. Patches and VIP weapons can only do so much to you; there won't even be a chance to earn any revenues from them if the game doesn't stick around.

And if the survey is in conjunction with the development of CF2, then tell the devs to actually put some effort into coding the hit registry this time.
