Router help

Okay, so the problem is that I have been trying to connect the router directly to my computer, but it keeps on saying I don't have internet access and gives me this error:



I know this is not the right section, but if someone from the competitive section knows how to fix this, please add me on xfire: crankdatsht

The only way in order for it to work is to disable firewall

its what he renamed the port to in order to stop lag spikes, I did it once but it didn't help me at all. Normally it would say like Time Warner

if you have a modem, you don't need a router. Unless you have more than one PC, or a laptop you want to utilize on your network.
