lag problem

i have lag problem for one month.it was between 70 and 80 .but for one month it is 150 or more. i had ping test it says 70 . i cant get 70 ping.i started to think it was because of the game.how can we solve it ?please help me.



i called my service provider.they said that i didnt have any problem.
