Remove built in spam

The in game spamming system (I mean macro system) ought to be got rid of.

Every time there is a kick there is a screen full of spam, when turks/egys join a game there is screen full of "SA" spam.

Why do we need a in game spamming system?

Either completely remove it, or at least introduce the time limit per one message. So you can't spam 10x 'Put your QQ in this box -____-'

That would be a good idea to limit to once every 10 seconds or so.

What prompted me to make this thread was the fact that when I'm having a conversation with someone via /w and there is a kick going on (like there is every other 20 seconds) you can't scroll up to see the /w since these idiots just keep spamming "F11", "F12", as if their opinion is going to influence my vote.

Also it just looks awful in game to see that spam on a mass scale.
