oh I will explain right now sr, I forgot.
Basically, when match is over, get up here dispute, the other team will still continue to have their next match, they have 1 day to upload bandi be4 the match of the next day start.
I check the bandi if they cheated, DQ and I'll make a announcement that they cheat in front of the community regarding what the rule of z8 have to say. So even if you lose, you lose to a cheater, then Im very sorry for that unlucky event, but I have fate that no team gonna cheat, as for Tech.Play match I"ll spectate it myself.
I want this tournament to end quick so maybe it is not very fair if u lost to a cheat team 
well at least that team will be known by all the community and as you know

Team b still move on play with team c, and at the end of that day they will have 1 night to upload bandi and give it to me be4 the next day match.
That is why I said too bad, have faith in the community, not many gonna cheat, and your compensate will be the team that cheat, I will go and shout out on the forum that a team cheated and such. It is a small tournament with small prize, nobody gonna willing to cheat and if they bypass bandi well GJ ! You just gonna cheat and try to bypass bandi for a small 10k zp tournament
, but Im pretty I'll check bandi carefully so take the risk if you like. I rarely called anyone cheats unless it's true.
As for Zilla, lol no I dont cast, dunno how to and dont plan to get "criticize" by this community lol.
I will not teamview any team, that goes for tech.play, I cant treat a team unfairly just because there are rumors that they are not legit. I'll spectate that match only but still if they got dispute, still have to upload bandi even if I spectated. -

Yes you could, if u got busted, I hope you can find a good team to join afterward, maybe for a long period of time ppl would pick u up, but GL.
Give example : Toasty - cheat once, everywhere he goes, have to change ign, hide his identity.
Suko - cheat, although he has stopped, performed on client but well ppl still call him cheat, so good luck with that if u want to risk your reputation in a small cup, I suggest risk it in at LEAST ESG or OCG, I prefer OCG since u can get a perm gun !
Blatant h-ack like aim-bot,shoot thru wall will be immediately DQ but no idiot would do that, only wall or some h-ack that u can hide that require a ammount of time to check on anyway...
As for Tech.Play, anymore ha-ckusate without real evidence,bashing will not be tolerate any longer. Just stop, if they decided to cheat in this tournament, I can only promise to try 100% my best with other players I know on the game to bust them ( IF ! THEY CHEAT).
Have fun boys, its a small cup, good for practice for ESG and stuff dont get too hot here.

ATTENTION:
Replay must be save at all cost !!!! If you dont save a replay, when you dispute if I cant find the cheats on the bandi and there is no replay then it is your mistake. Learn to save replay in matches, good habit to have.
OH and I suggest you guys check the 1st page of the rule post once awhile, any rule change or added I'll edit it and put it on top so u know what have been changed. -

that was a hypothetical situation, but i'm just regarding this possibility as we are playing a notorious cheater in round one
i forgot i was speaking to someone with broken (more like shattered) english and they couldn't take sarcasm
i hope you do realize however, you could seperate the matches by one day and rid yourself of this problem entirely, and the tournament would end just as quickly
