Failed to Download Version.ini.

My cross fire wont even load. I open the patcher even as admin and nothing happens. 10 minutes later, I get a error with title "Crossfire patcher v6" and the error message I get is "Failed to download version.ini. What is this and how can I fix it. Is it happening to everyone? Is z8games doing anything about it? I could play the game yesterday but not today. Fix it please.

Yes they are, according to their Facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/crossfireonline).

im very annoyed. yesterday I wasn't able to download the game and now today ive downloaded it and played for 2 hours, got of for 3 hours, then try to go back on 15 min later and I get the ERROR "failed to download version.ini" -.- very annoyed

GO TO CROSSFIRE FOLDER AND FIND Version.ini. ( NOT THE Version.Dat )
RIGHT CLICK IT AND CLICK PROPERTY.
CHECK THE READ ONLY!~
CLICK OK OR APPLY!~
AFTER THAT, OPEN THE Version.ini. AGAIN.
PASTE THIS THING IN:

LatestVersion = 1161
MinimalVersion= 1120
OwnVersion = 6
