Mumble is the best because you can add access tokens and it has the fastest reponse time.

I used to love Vent until I used mumble. Keep in mind Vent is good, but I can easily spam and annoy you if you dont know how to RCON.

Access tokens are just the passwords that vent had.

Vent is much more user friendly than mumble.

Mumble is supposedly faster in terms of response time, but not enough for me to ever have noticed.

I was actually just showing some clan mates Mumble and transitioning them over to the program. We were talking on both Mumble and Ventrilo at once and we noticed a 1 second delay to what we were saying. I agree with you that Ventrilo is a lot more user friendly. If I were to run drafts again ( hint hint), I would prefer to use Ventrilo.

I never said Mumble was exclusive to passworded rooms. I meant that in vent, while you're in a passworded room, trolls can log in and out and you would hear it.

While in mumble = passworded rooms = silence.

Or you could do what every other ventrilo user did and change the audio settings.
