I have the exact same situation...full dog tags and was saving to redeem at a future date and lost them. I submitted a support ticket a few days ago and it is still in Pending status.

A 90 day Jackhammer would make me happy and forget this ever happened.....plzzzzz?

Sorry but I am not doing more missions to get all the dogtags back. it's a pain in the ass to earn them back and I was saving them for a future gun. -_-
