Servers crash...

Hallo,

I need to know what happens with these servers...??? Every day they crash and I can't play...
Any answers?
And I live in Romania, when will be ready the Europe server...???
Please be kind and give us some answers. We are tired to compete against U.S. players and Canadians with low ping....and by the way they allways call us laggers and hakers...this is not right. We europeans are good players and we like this game, but please understand that we need better connections.

the servers are up and down, since the latest Xmas-Patch,but I think they will fix it as soon as they can!

Just wait, the EU server will come,....
