For the last time. Purvis is not ban because he didn't have past infractions or not enough to get him ban. He has a MAJOR infraction right now but it didn't cross the ban line.

I got a Major infraction which gave me 5 points. If I get another 2 or more, then I would get banned.

So what, you can still get banned on one instance, what if he deserved more than 5 infraction points?

If you're infracted twice in one day that's an automatic 7 day ban. At least it was there while I was a mod.

And it's on the mod issuing the infraction to decide how "severe" the violation merits punishment.
