Games dying. Competitive scene is getting more tournies, but same winners... so I'd say its declining in terms of 2 week teams trying to win.
Hackers are everywhere, ignorance is everywhere, Brazilians ruling every server (even e8 pubs). -

Thats kind of what e8 is used for though, to pub/scrim with the no zp rule and only certain guns allowed.....

i'm pretty sure iv played/watched competitive 3-4 more years longer then you, and was originally playing it when ppl first started scrimming it.
but hey, new guy's right
nobody in echo 8, who is actually good, is trying to work on their skills and practicing their shot.
just a bunch of terrible kids who act good play snd, on occasion a good player will come in before scrims to get a quick warmup, play 4-5 rounds and get 20 frags and leave. -

Idk, and you're right you've watched/played competitive a WHOLE lot longer than I.
I just thought e8 was the place to play with no zp anything.....
