What makes CF Competitive?
I want to hear opinions from everyone, both Old Veterans and new players.
What should the default rule set be for Competitive CrossFire? We currently have too many tournaments that are using too many different rule sets and its becoming difficult to show new players what makes CrossFire Competitive.
What should the default guns be?
What should the default rounds be?
What should the default characters be?
and many more
We need to come to an agreement on what the default rule set should be.
Unfortunately CFNA cant be like China, due to North American players not willing to purchase ZP weapons, VIPs, ZP Characters and Armor.
After we have decided what the default rules should be, there needs to be a Thread which explains how Competitive CFNA is ran.

Unwillingness, to buy zp is wrong. Its the fact that allowing a better gun that is 100$ in game play is an unfair advantage, Even if CN version allows it. -
Cf is competitive because the basis of the competitive scene consists of a congregation of betas, with each individual beta trying to standout and become the pseudo-alpha of the group of betas.
Hyeon is 10x better than you at league -
kid these day can't figure out 3 things in crossfire especially in Echo8.
+Bunch of idiots complain about people using weap ZP and armor in public.
+ In Scrim we do whatever we want.
Lastly, when it tournament. set ur own rule that's it. If u play cool. if not get the *** out simgple as that LOL -

I think they're fine how they are, maybe just allow armor so people don't complain. -

Current rules plus armor. Armor is used in all of the international events and it makes sense to use it in our leagues to prepare us. If someone doesn't want to buy armor then they don't have to use it.
I agree with this^.
Suggestion
They should make armor acquirable through a system similar to the achievements system. Achievements currently stop at a certain point so there's no other way to get free armor once the achievement is complete.
Explanation
Since armor is in all international events, most teams from other countries have a lot of practice with the AK47. The AK47, for those who don't know, can penetrate most of the head armor resulting in a 1-2 shot headshot (if not 1 bullet, the enemy will remain at around 1-3 hp). When teams for NA regions prepare, most players use the M4A1 since there is no need to practice with an AK due to armor being banned. After progressing from NA tournaments, players will have trouble facing the armor while other teams are playing with what they practiced with. -
The rules should be the CFS LAN ruleset, since, ultimately, that is what we're practicing for.
Is it possible that Z8games could work with ESG and/or OCG in providing codes for armour for those involved and active in the league?
If not, ultimately, as Brando says, "if you don't want to pay for it, play without it". However, I feel as if being unsure whether or not those you're playing wear it is worse practice than being sure that they do not. -

OCG's previously given away codes for temporary armor. As far as Z8Games working with them on it, all they would really have to do is ask Christian.
