I broke my 6gv2 today after a good 2 years of using it so I am in need of a mechanical keyboard, price isn't really a factor just looking for something that will last me a decent amount of time. pls help ty

side note: black or brown switches preferred, thanks friends.

how did you break your keyboard kunt, my 6gv2 still going strong with 3 years under its belt

Best keyboard I've ever got small, any chose of mechanical switches and it's fairly cheap
ive been using it for a good year or so no problems at all.

Steelseries apex(because of the amazing colorswitching and buttons as fast as mechanical)

If you can stand noice and headache after some hours. Buy a mechanical keyboard, otherwise you should buy apex.(i know there are different switches with different noice-levels but it is annoying for you and everyone around you lol) You can also program like 25 extra keys on the apex.

You might want it to be waterproof/washable so you can rinse out the Cheetos dust every once in a while.

I've been using the quickfire pro from cooler master. It felt and worked great... Until half the keyboard stopped responding to commands. Now I have to pay 10 dollars to ship it back to them for them to fix it. But if it doesn't break, its a pretty boss keyboard (Also only like 60 dollars on newegg)
