pretty sure you can't leave the country and especially enter china(a community country) with a criminal record, and being a 27 year old guy into little boys like terrorism, this is most likely the reason why he got "cut"
on the other hand req is a little boy that does his homework and can go to his mother country since he got a good mark on his report card

you can leave the country and at the other country's airport if you have a criminal record(depending on the country) you will be sent back
ie; USA > CANADA and vice versa

which is mainly for serious felonies, which would require 1+ years in jail.
i see what youre saying about China, as im not sure about their laws/regulations, but one could easily travel from the US/Canada with a criminal background. sure there is extra paperwork but it is easily doable -

Not sure why its such a big deal that i don't have Kanata beside my name. Some of you need to relax and calm down. I didn't get cut, we're just renaming the clan name and since Roth wasn't around and i had the GP for it i was going to make it, but the name was already taken so, were just going through a change.
Sorry, but i don't have a criminal record and even if i did why am i going to China again for the second time? Ck is soo stupid im sure some of you can agree.
