Just my thoughts. Good luck to everyone, I would say group B will be harder seeing as 2 teams in group A have no international Experience, and Hidden has never been a huge threat to NA teams.
Socks will have hard match ups if they play XcN, Freedom (Former WCG 2012 2nd Place) or QCES (3rd at CFS) however I do think they can do well vs Brazil and Japan. Dotpixels is on a similar to socks so that match up would be close.
All in all I think Kanata can make it out of group play with little to no issues, Socks can as well, but they are going to have to face some very strong teams to do so. Good luck and hope to see NA represented well. -
TBH the OCG Winter Cup will be great to watch as Socks and Kanata have made it to the Semi Finals. If they can both win Semis to play each other in the Finals, then it will get a glimpse at how they can play against each other.

I wonder how the typhoon is going to affect the Philippines, if any.
Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure most of the players are from Manila, or the Northern part of the Philippines which wasn't hit nearly as bad as the South.
