I think it is just a bit finicky. The first time I tried it said "you have already pre-orded the maximum". Then I tried again and it went through and said Congratulations.

Hey since this new gun is coming out, I was wondering when the next Dogtag weapon is coming out. I really need a perm melee for ingame such as a axe, or bat, maybe a special bat. or a cool m4a1 rifle that is for dogtags cause i'm not using my stuff until a new dogtag gun is released!
